Accepted Answer

Yes, our prices are fixed and include airport parking and drop-off fees, so there are no surprise changes to the cost.

How far in advance should I book?

Our service is reliable and competitive, so our diary does often fill some way in advance, so we recommend booking as soon as your other travel arrangements are confirmed.

When do I pay for my journey/s?

Accepted Answer

If your journey is within two weeks, we request full payment at the time of booking.  However, if you are booking some way in advance, then we ask for a 50% deposit 6 weeks in advance with the balance due prior to your initial journey.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We can accept cash, credit cards (including Amex) or bank transfers.

How many passengers can you take?

Accepted Answer

Our cars are Mercedes E-Class, so really only take three passengers in comfort.  However, if it is a shorter journey or you are travelling with children, we may be able to accommodate four.

How much luggage can I bring?

It rather depends on the size of your suitcases and how many passengers there are, so we will always talk to you about your luggage and make sure that you have a vehicle that meets your needs.

Do you operate 24/7?

We operate seven days a week and offer pick-ups from 6 am to 10 pm.  If your journey is outside these hours we may be able to help so please talk to us to discuss timings.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover anywhere in the UK, although journeys probably need to start or finish in Dorset, Devon or Somerset to be cost-effective.  We are always happy to cover any journey, so do get in touch with our friendly team for a quote.

How do I find you at the airport?

Accepted Answer

You don't have to!  We are always in the arrivals hall waiting for you, with a name-board if we haven't met before and we will call you to let you know just where we are standing.  You will never have to go to a meeting point or the car park to find us.

What if my flight is delayed?

Accepted Answer

We will be tracking your inbound flight to make sure that we are at the airport to meet you when you land, even if your flight is late.  If it is delayed by more than an hour or two, we will work with you to make sure you are never left stranded without a car.

Can you accompany children travelling alone at the airport?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we often work with guardianship companies, so are familiar with this process and would always keep the child within our care until handed over to an airline representative.  All of our drivers are CRB checked (the new version of DBS) and are polite, well-mannered and safe to care for your child.

Are your drivers Criminal Record Bureau (DBS) checked?

Yes, all of our drivers have to go through CRB checks to obtain their licence.  They also undergo a medical, taxi driving test, safe-guarding training and a written test.

Yes, we often deliver elderly relatives to their family or to the airport.  We understand that travel can be stressful, so we are always ready to lend a hand, stop at services if necessary and our drivers are always patient and polite.

No, we specialise in long-distance travel so that our diary is scheduled in advance to ensure that we have enough time available to offer you the level of service we expect of ourselves.
